国際交流リーダー養成セミナーは、国際交流事業の企画運営者や国際交流に興味のある方を対象に、プログラムの企画運営や異文化コミュニケーションにいかせるスキルの習得や考え方のヒントを伝達するセミナーです。

多様性を認めるだけでなく違いを楽しみ、活かすことでこそ生まれるインクルーシブ・リーダーシップ。本セミナーでは、企業に対してDEIトレーニングやコンサルティングを提供する株式会社An-Nahal代表の品川 優氏が、講義と体験ワークを通してインクルーシブな国際交流の場づくりに役立つスキルを共有します。
The International Exchange Leadership Seminar is designed for people who plan or manage international‑exchange programs—or anyone interested in the field. Participants will gain practical skills for program design, operations, and intercultural communication, along with fresh perspectives to apply in their work.
This year’s key theme is “inclusive leadership.”
Inclusive leadership emerges when we not only acknowledge diversity but also enjoy and leverage our differences. In this seminar, Yu Shinagawa—CEO of An‑Nahal Inc., which delivers DEI training and consulting to corporations—will share skills and mindset for creating inclusive international‑exchange environments through a combination of lectures and hands‑on workshops.

品川 優（Yu Shinagawa）
株式会社 An‑Nahal Founder & CEO
多様性・公平性・インクルージョン（DEI）の専門家。2019 年に An‑Nahal を創業し、これまで約50カ国、8000人に対し研修を実施。世界銀行や難民就労支援 NPO での経験を活かし、企業への DEI コンサルティングや外国人起業支援を行う。双方向・実践型のファシリテーションで「違いを力に変える」インクルーシブリーダー育成を軸としたプログラムを数多く提供。内閣府主催第22回世界青年の船事業日本代表青年。
A specialist in diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), Yu Shinagawa founded An‑Nahal in 2019 and has since delivered training to about 8,000 participants in some 50 countries. Drawing on earlier roles at the World Bank and a refugee‑employment NGO, she provides DEI consulting to corporations and supports foreign entrepreneurs in Japan. Renowned for interactive, practice‑oriented facilitation, she designs programs that develop inclusive leaders who turn differences into strengths.
